Welcome to Back to Genesis Cleaning! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at https://www.backtogenesiscleaning.com/ and the services we provide. 1. Service Agreement
When you book a cleaning service with us, you are entering into a service agreement. The details of your service, including the type of cleaning, price, date, and time, will be confirmed with you before the service is rendered.

Access to Property: You agree to provide our cleaning team with access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team can not access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Safety and Environment: You are responsible for ensuring the property is a safe work environment for our team. This includes securing any pets, informing us of any hazardous conditions, and removing any valuable or fragile items that could be at risk.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to a percentage of the service cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will return to resolve the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if you or a third party has re-cleaned or altered the area we were asked to service. It is our policy to take before and after photos for your inspection if you are not around. If you are in the home or premises, we strongly suggest you inspect for a job well done before we leave.
2. Pricing and Payments

Quotes: All price quotes provided are estimates. The final price may vary based on the actual condition of the property and the time required to complete the service. We will communicate any significant changes in price before we begin the service.

Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning. We accept forms of payment as agreed upon.
3. Limitation of Liability
Back to Genesis Cleaning is not liable for any damages to your property that are pre-existing or are not directly caused by our cleaning team. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, is the property of Back to Genesis Cleaning or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to our Site or Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
