Important Note
These are general price ranges and can vary widely based on factors such as:
-
Size of the space: Square footage, number of rooms/offices, etc.
-
Condition of the space: The level of dirtiness or clutter. A first-time deep clean will always cost more than a recurring maintenance clean.
-
Frequency of service: Recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) often get a discounted rate compared to one-time services.
-
Add-on services: Cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator, windows, baseboards or cabinets are typically extra charges.
-
Business overhead: The cost of supplies, insurance, and labor.
